Counsel Founded on Considered Thinking
Temasek Counsel was established by practitioners who recognised a consistent gap in the market: businesses in Singapore — from first-time founders to expanding regional groups — often required straightforward, dependable corporate legal work, but found themselves navigating either large-firm complexity or underprepared boutiques.
The practice was built deliberately small, focused, and specialist. Our remit covers company formation, shareholders' agreements, and corporate restructuring — areas where getting the documentation right at the outset prevents costly disputes and regulatory complications later.
